There are many laws and regulations that were created to protect you from unlawful employment discrimination. These laws were borne from the sacrifices of many Americans. Your EEO Program Office is supposed to insure workplace equality and achieve objectives that: Eliminate and prevent discriminatory practices and conditions as defined by laws and regulations. Initiate affirmative action to prevent imbalances in the workforce. Resolve complaints of discrimination in a prompt and timely manner. You owe it to yourself to know your rights!
